Thirteen years of putting ERP to work for Indian businesses.
We started in 2012 with two consultants and a single textile client in Surat. Today we run ERPNext implementations, engineering projects and a training academy from the same city.
Our story
Our founders spent their early careers inside manufacturing operations, watching expensive ERP projects fail because consultants configured software instead of understanding work. Dev Nautics was built to fix that order.
We chose ERPNext because it removes licence cost from the equation and gives businesses full control of their data and customizations. Over 420 implementations later, that bet still holds.
The academy came in 2018, for a simple reason: our clients could not hire trained ERPNext people. So we started building them.
Mission
Give every growing business an ERP that reflects how it actually operates — and the people who can run it.
Vision
Make ERPNext the default operating system for Indian SMEs, supported by a generation of skilled consultants.
Values
Honest scoping, documented work, no dependency traps, and teaching everything we know.
